Mazars’ home bought by investors

TWO buildngs currently occupied by accountants Mazars have been bought by a private investor for £1.73m.

The detached offices, which total 15,050 sq ft, are currently let to Mazars until 2018 and the Gelderd Road site sits next to the junction of the M62 and M621.

Gent Visick sold the freehold investment interest on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.
