Appointments: Lupton Fawcett Denison Till, Moda Living, Hempsons, WYG

COMMERCIAL law firm Lupton Fawcett Denison Till has appointed senior solicitors Antonia Moore and Jo Farrow to its private client team, based in York.

Collectively they have 15 years’ experience, and both have joined from Ware & Kay in York in the private client field, specialising in wills, estate planning, probate and powers of attorney.

Andrew Parker of Moda LivingTHE Harrogate office of Moda Living, which has one of the UK’s largest regional Private Rented Sector (PRS) portfolio, has appointed a director of projects.

Andrew Parker joined the company’s Harrogate office this September, and will be responsible for the management of all Moda Living projects from the point of acquisition.

His first major project will be Manchester’s Angel Gardens, which received the green light from Manchester City Council in March 2015.

He brings 18 years’ experience of private sector development to the team, having held director positions at both Select Property Group and Manchester-based Ask Property Developments.

Fiona Easton-LawrenceHEALTH and social care firm Hempsons has appointed solicitor Fiona Easton-Lawrence to its Harrogate offices.

Ms Easton-Lawrence advises on mental health law, coronial law, consent and confidentiality issues, complaints, commissioning including continuing healthcare, policy queries and information governance.

PROJECT management and technical consultancy WYG has appointed Jeremy Beeton and Neil Mason as non-executive directors of the group.

Mr Beeton is currently a non-executive director for SSE plc and the John Laing Group, prior to which he was director general of the UK Government Executive Committee where he helped deliver the London Olympic Games.

Mr Masom was appointed to the board of HS2 in 2014, and holds a number of other non-executive positions.
