Appointments: Cushman & Wakefield, CAP Automotive, my fathers heart

COMMERCIAL real estate company Cushman & Wakefield has been confirmed that Keith Hardman will be heading up its Leeds office.

Mr Hardman will lead a team of 115 people at the Leeds site.

The company has confirmed its leadership team for the north following the completion of its global merger with DTZ earlier this year. The team includes John Keyes, head of the Manchester office, and Tony Hordon, head of the Newcastle office.

Tim Cameron-Jones was named Head of the North and his regional leadership team is completed by three head-of-city appointments, respectively:

Director of innovation and product management at CAP and HPI Joel AlbynAUTOMOTIVE companies CAP and HPI have made a trio of appointments.

Former director for product management and global ecommerce strategy for Walmart, Joel Albyn, (pictured) joins as director of innovation and product management.

Chief of staff Roland Barzegar has joined to coordinate programme management and support the ongoing acquisition strategy of the company.

Mr Barzegar joins from Plusnet, where he was finance director, and he previously worked at EY and PwC.

Andrea Preston joins the business as head of HR, Automotive. Ms Preston has worked in senior HR roles in legal firm Taylor Wessing and listed technology business, Pace.

Headed by Ian Rendle, managing director, the management team also includes Neil Hodson, deputy managing director, Will Porter, product development director, Matt Thompson, marketing director, Andrew Fellowes, director of consulting, Keith Darby, managing director of CAP and HPI Ludlow, Adrian Rushmore, operations director.

Leeds based, CAP and HPI employ 160 staff, and provides both data and insight to the automotive trade and consumers.

BESPOKE kitchen and furniture company, my fathers heart, has appointed cabinet and furniture maker Craig Hall following its relocation to a £1m showroom at Broadfield Business Park in Sheffield.

He held the role of a carpenter at various companies in London, before moving back to Sheffield to work for himself.

Jonathan Coulthard, managing director of my fathers heart, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Craig to the team. He has an abundance of industry experience and the level of quality he produces is second to none.”
