BIBBY DISTRIBUTION is to open a 280,000 sq ft depot in Wakefield, creating 100 jobs.
The investment, described by the company as “a milestone” in its growth, will act as a distribution hub for major retailers and grocers.
The space at G Park, at junction 31 of the M62, has storage for 39,000 pallets and it will provide more than 100 jobs for drivers and warehouse staff.

The third-party logistics company contributes annual revenues of £230m to its parent, the £1.7bn-turnover Bibby Line Group.
