YORKSHIRE’S H&H, an internal communications and employee engagement agencies, has secured an agreement to bring a business performance tool to the UK for the first time.
Already used by global brands including Whirlpool and Meridium, it was developed by the Paul Hertz Group, a USA-based consulting and training firm specialising in the improvement of productivity.
Fifteen local authorities within the Yorkshire and Humber region have incorporated the PRINT® programme into their management development activities as have the Education Division and People Directorate of North Lincolnshire Council.
Helen Bissett, managing director of H&H said: “We’re extremely excited to be bringing such a unique business performance tool to the UK – especially in light of the results it’s delivered to such respected international brands.
“Follow up studies have found that 92 per cent of people still use PRINT® knowledge one year after initial training. We’ve run a number of pilots for PRINT® in the UK and the response has been phenomenal; we’re now looking forward to introducing it in earnest to both public and private sector organisations across the country.”
