PRINCES has increased the capacity of its Bradford factory, which is already is largest soft drinks manufacturing site.
The investment is part of an ongoing programme which has already seen the launch of an on-site warehouse and ingredients processing centre.
The company invested £40m in its 1.09m sq ft Bradford soft drinks factory in 2015, adding 340,000 sq ft of warehouse and production facilities.
The latest addition is a bottling line that will enable the group to develop new products.
Princes employs more than 350 people in Bradford, where it produces more than 400m bottles of soft drinks each year, including Jucee, Geebee and Wells brands as well as own-label products.

“The installation of a new Ready to Drink bottling line opens up additional capacity to meet consumer demand for our products and to develop new ones and firmly cements our commitment to soft drinks production in Bradford.”
Earlier this month, Princes reported an 18% fall in profits during what it described as a “challenging” year. Turnover in the year to the end of March 2015 fell from £1.6bn to £1.5bn, while pre-tax profits dropped from £65.1m to £53m.
