North Yorkshire hotel hits the market with £1.1m price tag

AN 18th century hotel and restaurant in North Yorkshire has hit the market.

Colliers International is marketing the property for £1.1m.

The Burgoyne Hotel in Reeth, Richmondshire, is a 10-bed hotel in a grade II-listed building.

Owners, Mo and Julia Usman want to sell the Burgoyne after acquiring it in 2011.

Peter Bean, director, Colliers International said: “The Usmans have worked hard to continue the Burgoyne’s reputation as a traditional fine dining hotel and enjoyed much repeat business.

“Now, due to one half of the duo having a separate career which entails a move in the medium term, this gem of a hotel has come to market.”
