Brewery adds new beers to their line up

RENOWNED brewers at Ilkley Brewery have added two new additions to their range.

The brewery is celebrating Craft Beer Rising, a London festival bringing brewers together from all over the world.

Joining the lineup at Ilkley is Alpha Beta Session IPA (4.5% ABV). The brewers at Ilkley said it is “easy drinking” but full of hip high and the bitterness of an American IPA.

For those connoisseurs out there, it also has hints of spice and a fruity finish of grapefruit and lychee.

The Holy Cow COffee Milk Stout (4% ABV) has coffee undertones, with a “depth of flavour” after Ilkley’s brewers came up with a whole new recipe.

Two experimental beers, Tisane, a tea, Lemongrass & Ginger Saison (7% ABV) and Sioux Princess, a Mango & Vanilla Farmhouse IPA (6.8% ABV) have been added to the lineup for a limited time only as Ilkley takes Craft Beer RIsing by storm.

A fresh new batch of Westwood (6.5% ABV), the extraordinary White Chocolate Stout (it’s pale!), and The Mayan (6.5% ABV), infused with chocolate and chipotle chillies, have been launched.

Ilkley Brewery have been brewing since 2009. They have created over 80 unique beers in the past 18 months.
