Industrial park full after double deals

A 52,000 sq ft multi-let industrial park in South Leeds is now full after two new tenants signed up to the site, as demand for warehouse space in the city remains strong.

Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE’s Leeds industrial agency team secured the  lettings at Metro Park 45.

A 7,993 sq ft unit on a 10 year term has been let to Level Up as its new Parkour training facility while Economy Freight Services has signed for 6,938 sq ft on a five year lease.

Metro Park forms part of the well-established Middleton Grove industrial area of South Leeds.

Edward Charlesworth at CBRE Global Investors, said: “These recent lettings are the result of excellent, co-ordinated teamwork from management through refurbishment to letting. We are delighted that Metro Park 45 is now fully let and are very pleased with the speed in which it has happened.”

Jacques Esterhuizen, associate director at CBRE Leeds, added: “These lettings underpin the growing demand for warehouse accommodation in Leeds. Metro Park 45 provides a variety of occupiers with well-located, good quality space in a key location.”
