Advisory firms merge under one banner

THE Progeny Group has formed as three multi-service advisory firms consolidate.

Progeny Wealth, formerly The Lawrence Scoffield Group, Progeny Private Law, which was founded by former Gordons partners, and Progeny Corporate Law, formerly Mark Burns Legal Services, have combined under one banner.

They will all take their place under the Progeny group banner, and will be based at a Leeds head office, but retain their individual identities as divisions.

There is also a London office belonging to the group, which employs more than 40 staff,

Neil Moles, managing director of Progeny, who is a board member along with Patrick Leoni Sceti, commented: “Progeny provides a unique combination of wealth management and legal advice for private clients, corporates and family offices.

“Progeny was born out of an ambition to create the first multi-service professional platform designed to match client goals with those of the professionals advising them.
