Endless hires Leeds partner

PRIVATE equity house Endless has recruited Andrew Smith as a partner in its Leeds office.

From 1 May 2016, Mr Smith will join Endless from law firm Addleshaw Goddard where he was Head of UK business support and restructuring. He was with the business for 10 years.

He sat on the board and has been involved in transactions by Endless, advising on the acquisition of Blackburn-based Bright Blue Foods Ltd last year as well as the acquisition of Dutch group Brabant Alucast in February 2016, in which Endless was able to safeguard 1,200 European jobs.
