PARTNER at hlw Keeble Hawson, Michael Cantwell has been appointed to the board of trustees at Leeds Mind.

The charity helps people with mental health difficulties to live life independently by providing support which meets their needs in key areas including employment, wellbeing, counselling and peer support.

Mr Cantwell specialises in corporate transactions.

WINCH manufacturer Romica has appointed three new senior managers.

The Beverley-headquartered business is aiming to strengthen its services to the marine and offshore industry. 

Romica’s team has now been bolstered by the arrival of technical director, Sarah Turner, North East and Scotland business development manager Iain Fullerton and UK project manager Adam Springall.

It provides a 24/7 build, repair and maintenance service worldwide with agents in South Korea, Taiwan, India and Spain.

SHEFFIELD timber window manufacturer JELD-WEN has appointed Graeme Robinson as its managing director.

He brings 25 years experience in senior management roles across a number of sectors, including Manufacturing, FMCG, and Distribution. Graeme was most recently the divisional managing director of LINPAC Packaging Limited where he worked across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and Australia.

Mr Robinson commented: “I am excited to be working with such an established industry brand which has a rich heritage and strong relationships to build on. My mission is to continue driving the company forward in collaboration with our customers in order to develop a first class, customer first business.”
