All-star line up for motor racing Championships V de V
AN all-star line up from Yorkshire racing car manufacturers Ginetta will attend the V de V round at Aragon this weekend.
Lawrence Tomlinson will share driving duties with co-pilot and Ginetta factory driver Mike Simpson.
Fellow driver Charlie Robertson is being teamed with V de V teammate Colin White.
The teams will be joined by Nick Holden, Andy Mckenna and Remy Dogoffroy in a third car with former Ginetta Junior and SuperCup race winner Pepe Massot and Dennis Strandberg at the helm of a fourth.
Strandberg, a Swedish racer, who finished third overall in the 2014 Ginetta GT5 Challenge will drive the number 29 car.
The Ginetta G57 has already taken a number of PFV class wins this season, locking out the podium at Paul Ricard last month, as well as taking an overall podium during its competitive debut in the V de V season opener at Circuit de Barcelona.
Dennis Strandberg, driver: “I am really looking forward to this opportunity. It is the first time for both myself and Pepe in the car but it’s going to be great fun. There is a great team of people around us so we will be sure to be running at the sharp end on Sunday!”
