Creative/Digital: BAFTA winning producer joins media production company; Leeds agency expands London operation and looks to international expansion;

DAVE Mousley has joined Wakefield based media production company The Stada Group as non-executive director.

Mr Mousley was co-founder and CEO of pioneering visual effects company Red Vision and lead them to win two BAFTA  awards for BBC’s Battlefield Britain and Hiroshima  and Royal Television Society awards for ITV/Granada Titanic, Birth of a Legend and Headcases .  

He is currently a founding director of Massive Multiplayer Online company Gamesco and working with a range of UK, China and EU-based tv, e-media production and publishing businesses.

Mr Mousley has more than 30 years experience in the film and tv industry, and will be helping drive the expansion of  Stada TV – producing  one off specials and also series programming for television and online distribution.

LEEDS headquartered content agency Brawl has announced the expansion of its London office.
 
The agency’s team in London has doubled to 10 with new recruits across account management and creative. The growth has come following a recent raft of new wins that include West Ham United FC, Silver Cross, Interactive Intelligence and Whittard of Chelsea.
 
Brawl is also eyeing international expansion to service its growing global client base. It currently works with several international clients ranging from Depuy to 888.com across Germany, Australia, USA, Israel, Italy, Romania and France.

DIGITAL agency Hydra Creative has strengthened its team with two recruits and an internal promotion.

The appointments come as Hydra prepares to enter a period of growth with the company set to invest more than £100,000 over the coming months.  

Joining Hydra as digital marketing manager is Nishaan Patel who will support Hydra’s Pay Per Click and Google AdWords clients. He brings a wealth of knowledge with him following several successful years as an agency account manager at Google.

Hydra is also welcoming Holly Southward who takes over the position of marketing assistant and will support the rest of Hydra’s in-house marketing team.

This period of growth sees Hydra promote Nathan Richards to operations director. Mr Richards joined Hydra in 2010 and has risen through the ranks, becoming an expert in Hydra’s more complex projects.
