A ‘GENTLEMAN’S club’ in Sheffield has gone on the market with a price tag of £1.7m.

The Spearmint Rhino on Brown Street is being sold by advisors at Savills on behalf of a private client.

It’s lease has been guaranteed by Spearmint Rhino, with 10 years remaining.

The site is let to Sonfield Development paying £165,000 a year in rent.

Pete Scholes, surveyor in the licensed leisure team at Savills, said: “This established city centre business offers a good rental income and we therefore expect it to generate significant interest among potential investors.”
