Occupiers sought for Canal Place warehouse conversion

A THREE-storey historic warehouse in Leeds which has been transformed into creative office and studio space has launched to market.

King & Co has jointly instructed Savills and Carter Towler as the letting agents at 1 Canal Place in Leeds.

Space totalling 9,046 sq ft features exposed brick walls and LED lighting throughout.  The landmark building is located adjacent to the A58 motorway and less than a 10 minute walk from Leeds railway station and the city’s retail core.
