Leeds office building’s revamp continues apace

A MAJOR refurbishment of a Leeds office building is due to complete early next year while agents have been appointed to the scheme.

CBRE and Carter Towler in Leeds have been appointed by Addington Capital to manage Aireside House in the heart of the city’s central office core.

The refurbishment of the four storey building is due to complete in Q1 2017.

Prospective tenants will benefit from creative office studio space with suites available from 667 sq ft to 2,336 sq ft.

Clair McGowan, associate director at CBRE Leeds, said: “We are delighted to be appointed to market Aireside House which holds an attractive position within Leeds’ traditional office area. The property will appeal to tenants seeking creative and diverse office accommodation within a highly sought after area of Leeds.”

Philip Shopland-Reed, senior surveyor at Carter Towler, added: “We are very excited to be marketing Aireside House which we think offers something unique in Leeds city centre. The combination of quality, character and proximity to the train station make this a great option for any organisation.”
