Surveyors on a roll with Leeds sales and lettings

A CHARTERED surveyors is celebrating a raft of wins in Leeds.
Tapp Chartered Surveyors has secured a tenant for the last remaining office suite, coming in at 255 sq ft, at 15 Park Place, installing Immigration Law Solutions Limited. The company are relocating from Oxford Chambers.
On behalf of Leeds Vineyard Church, Tapp have negotiated the sale of a two storey building at the Northside Business Centre in Sheepscar. It was sold to HCA Group Accountants who already occupy offices on site.
Tapp have also let another office suite at 2 Grant Avenue in Sheepscar, a 2,596 sq ft site which had previously been occupied by Puma Cargo.
The suite was let to The Church of Pentecost UK by way of a ten year lease at an initial rent of £10,500 per annum.
The company has also secured new instructions including a a prominent industrial unit of 7,545 sq ft within the Gildersome Cross complex on Gelderd Road just to the north of Junction 27 of the M62, following the relocation of Pennine Welding (part of BOC).
It has also been appointed to Oxford Place at the Oxford Place Methodist Church complex on the Headrow next to Leeds Town Hall, as well as residential site Aspect 88 in Shipley. It consists of 20 high quality apartments situated in a modern block in Shipley town centre.
Offers are being sought in excess of £1.25m .
Finally, it has been instructed to relet 67 Main Street, Garforth. The property will fall vacant in December 2016 and at the termination of the existing lease.
