Speculative scheme full six months after completion

SEVEN deals for units at a new Normanton industrial development means the speculative scheme is now fully let six months after completion.
Developed by Oakwell Securities, new tenants at Valencia Court include Siemens, Vanguard Security and AC-Sys.
Carter Towler and Robert Austin & Co handled the lettings.
Mathew Austin of Robert Austin & Co said: “It’s great to see how successful this project has been. The units range in size from 1,500 – 3,200 sq ft and are ideal for light industrial businesses, those requiring smaller warehouse spaces or as trade counters.
“The properties were released in May and it has taken just six months for the scheme to become fully let. Suffice it to say, all parties are very pleased with the progress of the development.”
Carter Towler associate director Josh Holmes added: “We were very confident Valencia Court would prove to be a popular scheme and it has. There is considerable demand for high quality, smaller units like these across the region.”
