Agency completes design company takeover

Digital agency Evoluted has completed the takeover of Sheffield web and design agency Reflow Studio.

The five year-old company has been bought by its fellow Sheffield company following several months of discussions.

As a result of the takeover, Reflow is bringing key clients to Evoluted including The Mountain Boot Company and Syntax Consultancy.

Managing director, Ash Young said: “Myself and Gareth are delighted to have completed the takeover of Reflow Studio. We’re really excited to work with their talented team and we look forward to further growing Evoluted as a company over the next 12 months.

“We’re really pleased to bring the Reflow team on board as part of the move, with 5 members joining the team. Henry, Jen, Byron, Adam and Andrew are all now operating from our offices in Sheffield city centre; growing our numbers by 25%,” he said.
Henry Tyce, who was formerly a director with Reflow,said: “After 5 great years in business, Reflow Studio is happy to be joining Evoluted. This is a great opportunity for the team to take their work to the next level and complement Evoluted’s already sterling reputation.”

In 2016, Evoluted bought its offices near to Kelham Island.
