In his new role, Mr Pennie will be responsible for developing key accounts with blue chip clients, using his 26 years of experience in print to maximise growth for the company.
Debbie Axup, also from GNE, has been taken on as sales manager to work directly with existing customers to drive innovation and cost effective services, as well as creating tailor-made solutions to match customers’ requirements.
The appointments follow SCR’s recent merger with Lancashire printers Tower Supplies, owned by Europe’s largest specialist envelope printing company De Vroede, which increased the business by 50%.
