Christmas dining with a difference at The Rock
AT the Rock Hotel and Churchill’s Restaurant we’re doing dining with a difference this festive season.
Our Christmas lunches offer a fabulous choice of food and come complete with a session of clay pigeon shooting in our beautiful grounds. It’s ideal for office parties or saying thank you to your clients.
For a livelier affair, our Christmas party evenings offer dinners and buffets where you can also dance the night away to our in-house DJ. For parties of 20 or more the organiser goes free.
We’ve a suite of function rooms catering for groups from two to 200 guests, ample parking and rooms for anyone wishing to stay over. All food is prepared from scratch on the premises using the freshest local ingredients.
On Christmas Day itself, why not give the cook a rest and treat yourself to our four-course lunch spectacular? It features all the traditional favourites, plus some interesting alternatives for those who are bored with turkey. Boxing Day is family-orientated, with our unique tableside carvery and a magician to keep children old and young entertained.
On New Year’s Eve we’re offering you the chance to have a real night to remember, with the opportunity to take over Churchill’s restaurant, then design and host your own private dinner party for 20 to 30 guests. It’s much less hassle than entertaining at home – and someone else does all the clearing up.
For just £95 a head we’ll provide champagne and canapés followed by an amazing six-course dining extravaganza with wines to match. If you require any extras, such as special decoration or entertainment, we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. It all makes for a truly unique and very sophisticated experience. But hurry – this is being offered on a first come, first served basis, so don’t miss out!
