Ilkley boost for Linley & Simpson

RESIDENTIAL letting specialist Linley & Simpson is extending its reach across the region after opening its eighth office.
 
Linley & Simpson, which has achieved more than 14,000 lets since forming 11 years ago, has opened a branch in Ilkley.

The company said the branch in Brook Street would expand its coverage across the Wharfe Valley and complement its network of established offices.

The privately-run company has three sister branches in Leeds city centre, Horsforth and Oakwood, as well as offices in York, Harrogate, Wetherby and Wakefield.

The latest venture forms part of Linley & Simpson’s plans to expand its business in geographical areas with a thriving letting market.

Nick Simpson, who hails from Ilkley, said: “Opening a branch in my home town is a special moment for me personally, but it is also a major step forward for the company.
