Share watch: Non-executives up stakes in Glisten, Getech and Surgical Innovations
JEREMY Hamer, non-executive chairman of Glisten, the Leeds-based snacks and sweets group, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each, at a price of 104.5p each, in the company.
Following the transaction, Mr Hamer and parties connected to him now hold 67,000 shares in SIPPs and 333,250 shares personally.

PETER Stephens, non-executive chairman of mapping specialist Getech, has increased his shareholding in the company.
Mr Stephens now holds 3.36% of the current issued share capital of the Leeds-based company after acquiring 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p at 19.5p per share.
He now holds 983,000 ordinary shares.
Getech, which was the first Leeds University spin-out to float on the Alternative Investment Market, specialises in mapping areas targeted for oil exploration by industry giants such as Shell, BP and ExxonMobil.

A NON-executive director of surgical devices designer and manufacturer Surgical Innovations has increased his shareholding in the company to 10.36m ordinary shares representing 2.77% of the issued share capital of the Leeds-based company.
