Latest Appointments: Chief technical officer for BES, P+HS Architects appoint marketing manager and more

HUDDERSFIELD-based property compliance specialists, BES Consulting, has appointed its first chief technical officer.

Vince Dooher joined the firm from his previous role as head of information systems at a leading IT consultancy.

Mr Dooher, a computing and information systems graduate, has more than 10 years experience in leading IT teams.

BES Consulting’s sales and marketing director, Steven Daniels said: ” Vince comes with experience of working across several challenging markets and has successfully designed, implemented and delivered a variety of large and complex IT projects. He is a great addition to our team.”

DESIGN practice, P+HS Architects, has recruited a new marketing manager for its Leeds and North Yorkshire offices.

Diana Cole will be responsible for managing the overall marketing and communication strategy of the firm and on raising company profile.

Ms Cole joined the firm from Purple Leaf in Richmond, where she was marketing manager, and brings with her more than 20 years marketing experience.

Chris Potter, managing director of the firm said: ” We are delighted to have Diana join the P+HS team.”

IRWIN Mitchell has appointed a new member of staff to its Leeds office.

The law firm has recruited former nurse, Sue Swales, as a client liason manager.

She will be responsible for assessing the initial care needs of clients and working with NHS and private sector to provide specialist help.

Ms Swales said; ” I’ve spent years dedicated to making sure patients recieve the best care possible and I’m really excited about continuing that at Irwin Mitchell.”

COMMERCIAL law firm, Beachcroft, has a new addition to its Leeds employment team.

Claire Reynolds joined the firm as an associate, and joined from her previous role at Hempsons in Harrogate as senior solicitor.

Rachael Heenan, an employment team partner at the firms Leeds office, said Ms Reynolds’ experience in the NHS sector would be an asset to the firm.
