New business recovery director at PwC

ACCOUNTANCY firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers has promoted an existing business recovery specialist to the position of director to their Leeds-based team.

Christopher Rooney initially joined the firm three years ago and has most recently been involved with the administration of The Officers Club which resulted in a significant proportion of the business and assets of the company being sold to TimeC 1215 securing the continued employment of over 1,000 members of staff across the UK.

Ian Green, partner and head of business recovery services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the North, said: “Chris is a talented professional with extensive experience ranging from small owner-managed businesses to large complex restructurings.
