Principles offers graduates a chance to get ahead

LEEDS-based Principles Communications Group is on a recruitment drive to appoint seven undergraduates for twelve-month placements.

Alanna Turner-Hardy, HR manager for the group said the firm was searching for people who wanted to gain first hand experience in marketing and new media.

“They will have unique access to experience of working across a number of sectors at the largest independent advertising agency outside of London,” she added.

“A twelve-month placement is a fantastic opportunity for students to prepare themselves for work life beyond education. We can help the next generation of marketing practitioners to nurture their raw talent, enabling them to build their skills, confidence, knowledge and understanding of the business world.”

Over the last 20 years, Principles has appointed around 100 undergraduates, a number of whice have returned as graduates and progressed to senior positions including the current IT director and two interactive account directors.
