Neil Moles

As CEO of Progeny, Neil’s focus is on developing and delivering the strategy of the business. He also looks after a number of private clients, providing a personal service to them. In Progeny, he is looking to create one of the most respected advisory firms in the country.

Neil left school at 16, opting out of A’ Levels and university in favour of an apprenticeship with his local building society. He worked at getting his professional qualifications and then a degree in business management while in full-time employment.

In 2004, following eight years in technical and advisory roles with regional and national firms, Neil joined wealth advice firm Lawrence Scoffield. In 2008, he led a management buyout of the business, which went on to become Progeny.

Neil lives in North Yorkshire with his partner and daughter. In his rare moments of spare time, he enjoys playing golf and watching sport with his family.
