Sandip Khroud

Sandip joined Hill Dickinson in 2021 and has a number of roles at the firm. He is a partner and head of the firm’s Leeds-based Corporate team and wider Business Services practice in Leeds, and also deputy head of office.

As a lawyer with almost 20 years of experience, Sandip advises on all aspects of corporate finance work. He acts for financial institutions, private equity houses, private companies, owner-managed businesses and management teams in the acquisition and disposal of private companies, many of which are cross-border.

As part of this work, he regularly leads large legal teams on complex multifaceted deals for clients across a range of sectors including healthcare, food and drink, engineering, business services and IT/Tech.

Well known in business and professional services circles across the city, Sandip was born and grew up in Leeds and has remained in and around the region for the entirety of his legal career to date. It means, he says, that he’s not only part of the fabric of the legal community but is shaped by and embedded into the fabric of that community.

Professionally, he is recognised by clients as someone whose ‘commercial acumen has been invaluable in our process. His attention to detail, experience and level of service has been exceptional,’ and as ‘a real partner and a core part of our network’. [Chambers 2024]
