AG Promotes Daniel Metcalf to Associate Director

Preston-based Project and Building Consultancy AG are pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Metcalf to Associate Director.

This promotion is a testament to Daniel’s hard work and commitment to providing a quality of service to AG’s clients that is second to none.

Daniel commenced employment at AG in March 2020 as Senior Chartered Building Surveyor after 4 years at Commercial Building Surveyors Malcolm Hollis.  Prior to this, Daniel worked at a Lancashire based property investor and developer organisation.

Daniel specialises in Dilapidations and has a vast array of experience within the commercial property market, acting on behalf of a diverse range of occupiers and property owners with a clear focus on providing high quality independent advice. Clients include Northern Trust, GAP and Lancaster County Council.
