16,000 sq ft office space let at Nottingham One

Nottingham One

Britain’s biggest provider of work programmes for the unemployed Ingeus is rumoured to have signed a deal to move into Nottingham One.

The deal for the 16,000 sq ft office space will represent one of the largest floorplates to be secured in the city centre in 2016.

JLL and FHP act as joint letting agents on Nottingham One.

Ravinder Cheema from the Nottingham office of JLL said: “Nottingham One’s highly commended, contemporary design has great curbside appeal, complimented by a prominent strategic location with the Nottingham Transport Hub being on its doorstep and the cities amenities only a short walk away.

“For occupiers who want a more modern way of working, the light and spacious layout of the floorplates are ideally suited to flexible working and cool, bright break-out areas.”

He added: “It’s well documented that good quality grade A office space is in short supply in the city centre and we now only have two units remaining in the Nottingham One development, offering 9,676 sq.ft. and 5,863 sq ft. With strong interest, we are hopeful of reporting further lettings in the near future.”

Ingeus were unavailable for comment as we went to press.
