Within 48 hours of coming onto the market, and after more than half-a-dozen viewings, Derby’s most expensive apartment has been let.
Birchover Sales and Lettings have let a penthouse on the corner of the Cornmarket and St James’ Street for an excess of £2,000 per month.
The apartment comes fully-furnished with two bedrooms, a family bathroom and an open-plan living area with kitchen, lounge and 70″ TV. The piece de resistance of the apartment is its 13ft x 8ft resistance swimming pool, with jets that you can swim against.
The letting of the apartment marks the latest wave of city living in Derby. Phase 1 of Compendium Living’s Castleward Urban Village has been of equal success, with its four new luxury city centre penthouse apartments set to continue the momentum.
