IT firm moves to new £1.2m Derby offices

Neustro House

An IT firm has relocated to grade A new build premises in Derby following a deal brokered by Innes England.

Located at the entrance of Infinity Park, the £1.2m Neustro House – a 7,500 sq ft speculatively built four-storey office – has now been sold to Neustro Group consisting of Neustro Consulting and Neuways. Both businesses have been relocated so the teams from Coalville and Burton upon Trent respectively can work out of one premises.

Martin Roberts, managing director at Neustro and Neuways, said: “After acquiring Smarter Ways in Burton it was integral for us to bring together two teams under one roof, and finding the right location was crucial. We were attracted to Derby as it has excellent access to a major road network and two airports, allowing our team to travel to any part of the UK with ease.

“We currently work both nationally and internationally supporting SMEs and blue-chip firms with their IT requirements. Being based in a well-connected city with a large talent pool of candidates is essential to us.

“Our new office at Bradgate Park View demonstrates our commitment to investing in the region. I’m confident this new location will allow us to attract the finest talent and continue with our mission to offer outstanding IT services and advice to our customers.”

Bradgate Park View is a commercial technology park which is currently being developed by Quarnmill Construction. The scheme has been delivered in two phases, with Neustro House marking the first building to reach completion during the second phase.

Director at Quarnmill Construction Graham Prime, said: “We decided to start new works at Bradgate Park View in 2015, after I saw a renewed confidence and growth in the property market. Recently, the technology sector has grown rapidly and there are more up-and-coming SMEs in need of high-quality modern offices.

“The remaining space can be delivered to an excellent quality and will provide a modern working environment. We look forward to welcoming further businesses to the park and also would like to congratulate Neustro Group on all its success and its new home in Derby.”

The sale to Neustro Group was managed by Chris Wright of Innes England. He said: “I am pleased to welcome both Neustro and Neuways to Derby. It is fantastic that the city has attracted a growing firm like this and I am certain it will continue to expand here.”
