Refurbishment plans for historic Nottingham city centre buildings

A planning application to refurbish a key Nottingham city centre building has been submitted to the City Council.

Carlton Street Trading, the company behind The Bentinck Hotel, Bar Iberico and Peggers Inn wants to overhaul the run-down 18-26 Carrington Street, into “vibrant” retail units on the ground floor and office space on the upper floors.

Box Property had been appointed to market the scheme which includes buildings from the late 19th/early 20th Century and is directly opposite the site of the Broadmarsh Bus Station site.

Carlton Street Trading has instructed Leonard Design Architects to work on the plans for the refurbishment programme.
