Developer plans £500,000 Retford housing scheme

Planning permission to build three, three-bedroom homes on the land situated on Carr Road, Retford, has been granted to Rockliffe Homes, with building work expected to start over the summer.

The £500,000 project, due to be completed by the end of the year, adds to Rockliffe’s portfolio which also includes 37-house development, Ringwood Meadows in Brimington, Chesterfield, a development currently in its second phase.

Development director, Alex Spencer-Mills, said: “Here at Rockliffe Homes we are committed to delivering high quality, family homes and with the planning permission for our newest development now approved, we are excited to progress with the build.
