Go-ahead for housing development
Outline planning permission for 15 houses in Burton Joyce, Nottingham has been granted.
Northern Trust Company secured consent, which is subject to completion of a legal agreement, from Gedling Council.
The plans cover 1.7 acres of the 12.5 acre site on land off Orchard Close.
A spokesperson on behalf of Northern Trust said: “We are pleased to have secured outline planning permission for site, having worked closely with Gedling Council and other key stakeholders and bringing forward these plans.”
Northern Trust said it will now look to start a disposal strategy, inviting negotiations with prospective house builders.
