Nottingham sauce manufacturer launches bid to raise £250,000

Nottingham-based craft condiment manufacturer Sauce Shop is launching an equity crowdfunding round on Crowdcube this month aimed at raising £250,000. The company now produces up to four tonnes of sauce per week across 20 flavours and its products are available in over 700 outlets in the UK and Ireland. The brand was started by husband and wife James and Pam Digva from their home kitchen in West Bridgford in 2014.
