Triple shot for Derby recruitment firm

A Derby-based recruitment firm has expanded into new offices in Cardinal Square to pave the way for future growth.

Xpertise Recruitment is a Digital, Technology and Data Analytics recruitment consultancy specialising in sourcing hard to find permanent, contract and interim talent.

The company was set up by Richard Harrison in 2013 and has grown to 17 staff who were previously based in Sadler Bridge Studios.

The larger offices have capacity for Xpertise’s plans to treble the workforce over the next 18 months.

Xpertise has refurbished the Cardinal Square offices to include a break out area for staff – with artificial grass, golf putting green, woodland scenes wallpaper, large television and sofas.

Managing director Richard Harrison explained: “We are working in a fast growth area of recruitment with particular demand for high-end skills in software development, data science and devops.
“We have grown to 17 staff in just three years and are on track to treble that number within the next 18 months.

The move to Cardinal Square was handled by Russell Rigby from Rigby & Co which is the letting agens for the building’s owners Nurton Developments.
