Old Trafford high-rise development launch
Property developer and consultancy firm Regency Residential, part of the MCR Property Group, is launching Old Trafford’s first ever new-build high-rise apartment development.
Trafford Plaza comprises 174 one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments over 15-storeys. The one and two bedroom apartments offer an average of 550 and 752sq ft.
Prices start at £127,950 and £164,950 for one and two bedrooms respectively.
Situated off Seymour Grove, the high-specification apartments are set in 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds with flats offering luxury features including floor-to-ceiling glass windows and balconies.
