Wealth management firm relocates to prestigious new Liverpool offices

Modus Wealth Management has relocated from Horton House in Exchange Flags to Edward Pavilion in Royal Albert Dock.

It said that, as a result of the rapid growth of the business, including the appointment of new personnel, it had become necessary to relocate due to the need for additional space for the current team and to allow for further expansion.

The Grade I-listed Edward Pavilion, owned by Castleforge, has undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment over the past 12 months to include state of the art facilities and a brand new air conditioning system while preserving the building’s originality.

Founding partner John Price said: “We are delighted to be moving to our new office in the historic and ever popular area of Albert Dock.

“This is a thriving and increasingly important area of Liverpool and we hope to develop awareness of our brand and the financial services we offer to high net-worth clients.”

The Modus Wealth Management team said it has a depth of expertise and experience in meeting the financial objectives and aspirations of high net-worth clients and also those whose circumstances are more complex.

The firm said it provides high quality personal advice on many aspects of wealth management and financial planning for individuals and businesses.
