Sutton Coldfield retail scheme under way

WORK has started on the extension of a retail scheme in Princess Alice Drive, Sutton Coldfield.

The site is being developed by a joint venture between Trebor Developments and Hortons’ Estate following on from their development of Hagley Road Retail Park in 2011.

AR Demolition has been appointed to undertake the demolition and site clearance works which will open up the site in readiness for the main build contract which will start in spring 2013.

The scheme is already home to to American Golf and Greggs and further occupier announcements are expected prior to the main contract starting on site.
