Telecoms firm dials up BT contract extension

Sheffield-based ITI Network Services has secured a contract extension with BT, building on a 16-year relationship with the telecoms giant.

Telecoms, wireless and infrastructure specialist ITI will continue to support BT Wi-Fi with the installation of public Wi-Fi to major retailers, supermarkets, banks, leisure facilities, public buildings and hotels across the UK.

Jason Denmark, ITI Network Services’ managing director, said: “We are delighted to have secured an extension to our contract with BT. This builds on our successful 16-year track record in working with BT group businesses, and our continued investment in our team and their skills. We’re thrilled that BT values our contribution and expertise, and we value working with the businesses in the BT group.”

The announcement comes as ITI continues to grow after a 2016 management buyout and recent relocation of its 25-strong team to premises in Savile Street.

Denmark added: “The past 12 months have been the busiest in ITI’s history, including an MBO, reorganisation, relocation, ISO 9001 accreditation, launching a new business in our group, and achieving recognition as one of the country’s leading supporters of Ex and Reservist Forces in the workplace.
“I’m proud of just how far we have come in a short period, this has been down to the collective effort from everybody in the team to move ITI forward.”
