Construction firm to deliver new motor dealership in Leeds

Caddick Construction has won a contract to deliver a new Hyundai Motor dealership in Leeds.

The firm was awarded the contract by Pendragon Property Holdings.

Construction work began work in March and is scheduled complete in late 2017.

The new car showroom will be located on Gelderd Road, close to the recently completed Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Leeds and BMW/MINI centres, which were also built by Caddick for Pendragon Property Holdings.

The 12,249 sq ft dealership will house a showroom, reception area, office space and workshop.
