Industrial estate nearly full after double deal

Riverside Place Industrial Estate in Leeds is nearly fully let after two new tenants signed up to the scheme.

Masco UK Window Group, one of the UK’s largest PVC window and door companies, is taking 2,983 sq ft of space on a ten-year lease.

We Love This, a creative design and event production company that offers full service event management and in-house design services for clients such as ITV, New Look and Unilever, has signed for 7,469 sq ft unit on a ten-year lease.

One 2,980 sq ft unit at Riverside Place remains, which includes warehouse space, modern office accommodation and a trade entrance. The industrial estate is located on Bridgewater Road.

A spokesperson for Riverside Place said: “Riverside Place is continuing to attract successful businesses to Leeds and we are confident that the strength of the location means that the remaining unit will prove of interest for businesses looking for Leeds-based industrial space.”
