& Ducting.

units on a secure estate in a prime industrial location of West Yorkshire. We have already had some strong occupier interest since the refurbishment works have been completed, and
we look to attract further new tenants to the estate.”

James Havery, director of Ribston, added: “We are delighted with the refurbishment works and we believe Ripley Close will now realise its potential as a well configured estate in
a highly sought after and thriving industrial location.”
