Drilling firm commits to Yorkshire
An 18,100 sq ft industrial warehouse in Leeds has been let to a leading industrial drilling specialist.
Carter Towler has let the site at Helios 47 industrial park, Garforth to PBU UK, which is based in Stockton-on-Tees.
PBU UK’s clients include utility, civil engineering and construction companies such as Balfour Beatty, Amey, Interserve, Morrison Utilities and Essex Water.
The industrial property has been let to the expanding company on a 10 year lease.
Carter Towler director Josh Holmes said: “Helios 47 is well placed as it is close to the A1 and M1 and means PBU UK’s staff will have easy access to the motorway network. They operate all over the UK and were looking for a large secure base in Yorkshire to strengthen their service provision in the region.
