Self-built distillery cheered by funding boost

A former architect and doctor are one step closer to luanching England’s first self-built whisky and gin distillery after securing further funding for their start-up business. Chris Jaume and his fiancé Abbie Neilson will use a £75,000 funding package from NatWest to install a 900-litre copper still at the distillery in Sutton-on-the-Forest, North Yorkshire.
