Homes development sold in £1.1m deal

Caedmon Homes has sold 14 affordable homes to Wakefield District Housing (WDH) in a deal worth £1.1m. The Priory Meadows development at Kirby Hill, near Boroughbridge, was launched in March and the houses are due for completion by the end of the year. Altogether Caedmon Homes are building 34 houses at the development, in the heart of the village.
