Forsyth launches Euston offices
SERVICED office provider Forsyth Business Centres, which has its headquarters in York, has officially opened its offices in Euston.
The third floor, fully furnished offices provide meeting rooms, a staffed reception, 24 hour access, telephone answering, secretarial services and virtual offices.
The offices are located in the pedestrian approach to Euston Station and occupy two floors totalling 27,000 sq ft. The company signed a new 10 year lease on the property last October and has fully let the second floor. The third floor is already part occupied.
Oporto, one of Australia’s largest food franchises, Sout7, a technology solutions provider to more than 120 professional football clubs worldwide, and national gas and electrical safety specialist CLM are among the centre’s latest tenants.
Simon Argall, the new managing director of Forsyth Business Centres, said: “I am pleased that so many people were able to help us celebrate the official launch of the new third floor.

Forsyth has announced a 15% commission for agents and a further incentive of a five-star trip to Malta for two people courtesy of visitMalta.com, the official sponsor of Sheffield United Football Club, which along with Forsyth Business Centres and Scarborough Group International, is owned by Kevin McCabe.
Established in 1991, Forsyth has 23 centres nationwide and two in China. The company offers flexible terms to support a wide range of businesses from start-ups and small and medium sized enterprises to major corporate occupiers.
