Airport unveils new look

LEEDS Bradford Airport has begun to unveil the results of its £11m terminal refurbishment.

The airport has opened its new look executive lounge which is almost double the size of its predecessor.

The Premier Lounge will be split into separate areas catering for business and leisure passengers.

Richard Aldridge, commercial performance manager at Leeds Bradford Airport, said: “I am thrilled with the new and enhanced lounge facilities that we can offer at Leeds Bradford Airport.

“The Yorkshire Premier Lounge ‘For Business’ provides a perfect place to make the most of the time before you fly, and the dedicated Leisure Lounge is a fantastic place to relax for families, couples and small groups alike.”

The business lounge will offer customers free wi-fi, computer access and a formal work area.

Leeds Bradford began its terminal overhaul last year and when completed will see new shops, restaurants and improved waiting areas.
